the answer is that what works on an individual scale and what works on a scale of a society are always the opposite on a scale of a society you want altruism - on a scale of individual you want selfishness likewise on a scale of society telling women to focus on their career is going to decimate the population but on a scale of individual it is the opposite - focusing on money actually makes you more likely to reproduce why ? because once the expectations for income are increased for society as a whole you now cannot fall short of those expectations as an individual. all influencers on both sides always pretend not to understand any of this stuff because they always peddle to individual the advice that can only be justified on a scale of society ... @Prince Aleph
