How do people manage their relay list(s)? I find myself unwillingly replacing my published relay list when trying out new nostr apps. Ex: I normally use Amethyst, but tested YakiHonne and edited its default relay list (added my outbox relay). This caused Amethyst to start using the yakihonne default list. Should I stop publishing my relay list, or maybe only publish the "greatest common list"? Is there wide support for that? Lots of Qs, but I'm confused.

I don't edit them unless I intend to use that client often. In which case, they should be set exactly as you prefer since it's rewriting your list. As far as I know, I don't have visibility problems since most of the hard coded relays are pretty big. Those notes still make it to my write relays, even when the client is not sending them directly there. I'm not 100% sure I understand any of this correctly, so please take my input with a grain of salt.
