Not reliant but if GitHub wanted to hide issues, they could try but I'm pretty sure there is enough developers that would replicate all the tests locally precisely because of this.
GitHub is also blocking access from certain countries and deleting accounts if you are from those countries. Yes, we should not use GitHub.
