This is a group I started about a year ago with just my wife and my best friend that’s slowly taken a life of its own. We meet every Sunday at 8 am and we all roll, kids included. It’s great fun and we all get some exercise and the kids love it running around the gym and for those who started training rolling amongst themselves but rolling adults too. image
