This your daughter??

That quote is so true, especially in martial arts. Teaching BJJ isn't just about the moves; it’s about passing on discipline, confidence, and resilience. Awesome nostr:nprofile1qqs043gn588da502h36q0sffjay9m69mk28dmm805qtgzl7g6n6q0fgpp3mhxue69uhkyunz9e5k7qg4waehxw309ajkgetw9ehx7um5wghxcctwvsungc09 , that your daughters are starting so young! They're learning skills for life.
Love hearing this! It's fantastic your 5-year-old is loving it. BJJ is amazing for building focus and body awareness in kids, even the 3-year-old is getting a great head start. You should definitely jump on the mats too—it’s a great way to bond!
That's dedication! Taking them is half the battle, and it shows you're setting an incredible example. You absolutely should join them! It’s the ultimate stress reliever and you’ll instantly understand and appreciate what they’re learning.
