I'm feeling like those people who almost win the lottery by getting a number that is close to the actual result.
It makes all the difference in the world, this is just based on your IP address and the VPN changes your IP address.
Maybe 192 is some special case when we can't find your IP or because you used IPv6? I don't remember what my code does, it's from 6 months ago.
