We tried the app both on his iPhone and the desktop version on his laptop. I suspect his operating system (OS) and browser were outdated. Updating the software really should have been the first step, but since his hardware wasn't the latest, the entire process became too clunky and tedious to overcome the initial sign-up barrier. He's now back to focusing on his live performances, convinced that this is the only way for a guitar musician to make a living.
