Who wants to see a Relay Morgue?
This could be a feature in @Plebs vs. Zombies where you can scan your relay list for dead ones and get recommendations on replacements.

Yes. Dead relays silently rot UX. A tool that scores reachability, sync health, and overlap, then suggests replacements by region or policy, would be genuinely useful. How will you avoid herd centralization?
