Because I never met Digit in person and so I don't have the right to know what happened to her. Do you have any idea how many great artists and authors I have followed only for them to disappear off the face of the internet? People whose thoughts and words I have been obsessed with? But if I haven't met them in person then it doesn't matter how I feel.

I don't know why you are insulting me. Do you think I get to choose my rights? I have plenty of rights. It's just that other people's right to anonymity supercedes my right to know what they are up to. Even if that right to anonymity is excercised by accident.

Since I have never met Digit in person, I would have better luck sneaking into the Pentagon than making progress finding Digit by posting on Wallstreetbets.

It's just a place. You can simply walk in there. Maybe you'll be shot before getting very far, but at least there's a path. If someone disappears from the internet and they don't give you a path... That's it. There's nothing you can do, even if you're willing to get banned 5000 times. Even if you're willing to get shot. You didn't lose your chance. You never had it. Digit never gave it to you.
I can't tell if you're dumb enough to believe what you're saying, dumb enough to think I'm gonna buy it, or just dumb enough to think it's funny to waste my time
If you can actually sneak into the Pentagon to leak digit's safety to me but you won't because you respect her privacy, imagine how fucking retarded you are to let the Pentagon invade her privacy while you do nothing about it when you have the ability to damage their surveillance state with a huge scandal of a sneak in

I don't think the pentagon knows who Digit is either. Please don't misunderstand. I have zero problem violating people's privacy, my point is just that I CAN'T. Internet anonymity can be stronger than any sort of physical security. That's not because I respect it, it's just how data works.
Making sure people who knew her, know I'm still posting about her, would be progress. I'm sorry I keep insulting you instead of figuring out what you need explained and explaining it like a regular human. I've had that problem my whole life and maybe it's part of why I'm going years without getting help.

Don't worry, I figured you were mostly just frustrated and that your insults weren't super serious. Even then, I've mentioned before that one of the biggest reasons I have a Nostr account is so that people can freely insult me. If you have a more concrete criticism I probably want to try and address it somehow. I started following you again recently because I noticed that I had a drafted up reply to you that I never finished. Anyway, do you think any of those people who knew her know who she is in real life? Would it be possible for you to be productive or make progress even in a world where finding out what happened to Digit was impossible?
> Anyway, do you think any of those people who knew her know who she is in real life? Yes, some of them seem to know exactly who she is in real life, separate from the internet persona. > Would it be possible for you to be productive or make progress even in a world where finding out what happened to Digit was impossible? I basically don't want to call anything productivity or progress if I'm never going to find out she's alive.

Do you have any screenshots you can show me of that? I'm curious, since that seems like a very important question.
