I don't think I will ever buy another iPhone. I need someone to really sell me on a GrapheneOS loaded phone so I can make the switch. I haven't found a reasonably comprehensive deep dive on any spy-free phone yet, but I can't imagine buying another iPhone at this time.
Big part of the issue is that most donβt pay it outright. They take a contract with the cell provider. They think itβs less expensive but they probably end up paying even more than the 1200. Crazy
And I bet some rollover their negative equity to the new device making it even more expensive lol
Just like the people that rollover their negative equity in the car market haha
nostr:npub14slk4lshtylkrqg9z0dvng09gn58h88frvnax7uga3v0h25szj4qzjt5d6 sells phones with Graphene on them I think.
Its really simple to flash yourself though. It'll take an hour if you've never done it. Just get a unlocked pixel and read the directions.
I saw something like that. When thereβs less than a number of months left they can get a new phone. Even if they didnβt pay back fully the previous one. They keep the customer hooked forever!
iPhones are expensive surveillance tools.
You need to question your own intelligence if you fell for their convienece over security/privacy marketing campaign.
GrapheneOS makes it so easy and smooth to leave, that you need to question the intelligence of people not doing it instantly.
Also consider getting a second anonymous esim powered device that only is meant to give the second device access to the Tor or VPN routed device over WiFi.
I have an 8 now that I really like. If you keep phones around forever its worth getting it because they will continue to support updates for 6 years.
Otherwise it really just depends on what hardware you like.
Here a install video and the Graphene page.

Yes, agree. For the price of 1 iPhone, you can get 4 Phi Daisy (Pixel 6 running GrapheneOS). That's enough to get most families switched over.
GrapheneOS has everything needed and beyond that, by default provides more focus.
However, if you want more apps, you can install more than one app store, starting from default Accresant, then Google Play, F-Droid, Aurora, etc.
With GrapheneOS rolling out security patches and updates before Android's team, and preventing security issues seen with iPhones, it is leading privacy and security OS.
What other questions do you have?
Thank you. Iβll check out your stuff. Iβm thinking of installing it myself from scratch just to learn and to have a better knowledge
Of whatβs on it. Do you have reviews you can point me towards for your preloaded phones?
