What a lame app

Nostr is such a godsend! I can’t believe that traditional social media has gone this route.

Still. People use X and wonder why their energy goes to waste. It's important to spread this information and discourage further engagement with X and similar platforms

We need more leaks like this, to contradict the Elon "Free Speech Champion" Musk narrative that is still widely believed by the Right. There are still plenty of (otherwise smart and influential) people who genuinely believe that when they see something on their X timeline, it's just because "that's what people are talking about." That "the algorithm" is just some neutral reporter. People only play games when they know they aren't rigged. Once it's clear that "the algorithm" is a scam, people will leave.

Love the “What helps right now”? Stop using fucking Twitter and switch to nostr only instead of acting like a battered housewife and complaining about advertisers and algos. 😂

Well said. I think people are slowly coming to terms with what’s going on there. It’ll likely still take some time for the masses to migrate over here.

Kills me that the vast majority of unhappy X users have no idea there is a decentralized alternative.
