The answer is: No, they wouldn't. I have not observed any correlation between number and frequency of reposts and quality of content. It's the same as the trending lists. There are a few larger accounts where every GM is reposted by 20 people (and the more insightful posts get no reposts, ironically) and then there's the Great Unwashed, like me. Repost your own stuff.
