yeah totally. anyone with strike can receive over btc/ln into fiat, stablecoin, or bitcoin
then we support cash out to argentina banks. so, if the sender in spain has a lightning wallet and is comfortable with sats it works fine. open network
we just donβt support spain yet with strike; but because weβre on lightning the sender doesnβt need to be on strike
