Not sure you need to provide incentives for not being a slave. Just explain it better. But then again, immediate crackhead action can get some shit done quicker.

The copper is in the cable that connects the cameras. Get a lot more copper from speed cameras, traffic lights etc. CCTV is usually on lower voltage so smaller cables.

My point. Just destroy them bc you're awesome. Not for copper.
