It’s saving face imo. They know it’s going to be hugely unpopular (to include shitcoins) and this is more of a forward looking statement imo.

I've always thought he was a closet maxi. Dudes got a hoard of bitcoin but has a gold business he's been running for years before bitcoin was a thing.
