I wish I could find the person who first peddled the idea that humans are either left brained or right brained. I’d slap them for making it seem like I must be one or the other. Creative or Logical. I wake up everyday, early in the morning to write. Some mornings my logical brain wants to crunch numbers, iron out a plan, solve a problem. Other mornings my soul takes over my fingers and lets things arrive from nothing. I don’t get to decide when I’m creative or logical.

I know there isn't much conversation about Fedi on NOSTR but I just ran a test transaction between my cashapp and a random fedi community wallet and it worked even though 1 of the 4 guardians were down. I like the fact that ecash can be sent even without internet and a federated mint can be made resilient by having guardians run different set ups to ensure uptime. Now with the new randomized guardian collection mechanism that Fedi implemented you can imagine a switch board like mechanism being used to ensure maximum uptime. My question is, couldnt we do something similar with NOSTR. Just make it like one giant fedimint community. I mean thats kind of what it is already right? What are the technical requirements to meet with this framework?

Anthropic was just used by Chinese state-sponsored hackers to conduct an espionage campaign on over 30 Organizations world wide. They literally just role played with claude telling it they were performing a legitimate defensive security test for a cyber security firm. Its not the first time role play has been used to conduct prompt injections on AI models. We can't expect it to be the last.

Perhaps the biggest narrative in the bitcoin space this year, even bigger than treasury companies, was "dont spend your bitcoin, take out a loan and spend fiat". I think that's unraveling now. Funny enough this will shake out the over levered and teach everyone a valuable lesson, spend bitcoin. Earn in bitcoin, spend in bitcoin. Imagine what humans from different eras of history would think about the sheer amount of data almost everyone today carries with them. The line of reality blurred Early industrial: writing en masses was still reserved for the elites or those who were granted access to the printing press via elite gate keepers. The average person relied on pen and paper. Paper decays. Ideas with a lifespan. Today: we carry snapshots and videos of our everyday lives. We jot notes in our phones to never be seen again. Terabytes of ideas are uploaded to corporate databases. Ideas live forever and breath life into artificial intelligence. These are the things we carry. The people before us would have killed for the opportunity most people today squander.
