Someone probably needs a transaction to go thru ASAP. So of course 74 min blocktime.
Won’t block time be the same? Just other transactions pushed into later blocks?
Sometimes they take longer. It is what it is.

No it's just the nature of the system. It happens sometimes.

It's just one block. I've seen that happen before. 10 minutes is an average of blocks over a two week period. Occasionally, but not often, they take far longer.
