I dunno. Basically, cameras everywhere, facial recognition -- that's a total staple of 20th-century sci-fi, and was basically impossible at scale until at least 2005 at the earliest, right? So that's like, a success -- by this metric, right?
At this point I assume tanel was locked in the basement as a child and only allowed out for food & bathroom until he joined Nostr.

Bladerunner is a snooze but worth it so you can watch the excellent sequel.

Terminator is great, but Terminator 2 might be IMHO one of those extremely rare cases where the sequel is better than the OG. You don't need to watch any of the other Terminator movies after Terminator 2. Also, The Matrix is 20th century.
