So I’m curious - I live in the PNW and when trees fall on their own, typically they’re cut up enough to just move them out of the way, similar to the pics. But we obviously get tremendous rain and most of these begin growing moss and breaking down. During the summer, they’re dryer, but not anything like the pics. Does this create the same amount of risk?

I don’t think so. I don’t hear of record size wildfires coming out of the Pacific Northwest every year or two.
