We are being fed the lies that after 30s, we're somehow crumbling away at the sight of old age. But, how we live our lives is what matters. If we live like a slob, we die like a slob. Vice versa, live like a warrior, and we'll die like a warrior. The convenience of the modern world is slowly poisoning our potential. I said this as a reminder to myself too. So many things I must do to make up for my past inactions.

LeBron turns 41 this month. How is he still able to play like this?

Ofc if you're young, your physical abilities are better than when you're older. But that doesn't mean suddenly when you reach your 30s, 40s, 50s suddenly your physical will come crashing down. If anything, if from a young age we trained properly, it will translate well into our older age so that we don't easily fatigue when doing physical activities. That's all that I'm saying And even in your original vid, you see LeBron going toe to toe with younger athletes. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
LeBron is the exception though. The NBA pays its players millions of dollars. They are incentivized to keep dominating at a high level. And yet, we see their average performance levels drop off around the same age across the board. And these are the best athletes in the world. They are the top 1% in terms of genetics. But there’s a price to the body when you overwork it for so many years. It’s just hard to believe that the wear and tear didn’t catch up to him very much.
Then I rather overwork my body (better late than never, I guess) than never work πŸ˜… And genetic argument seems rather a cope to most people. If you are not inheriting any genetic diseases in the first place, your "mediocre" genetic still can overcome many physical tests if you trained it. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
