Revelation itself was dismissed for centuries by early Christians before being canonized.

It’s the most entertaining read in the whole bible. They probably should have left it out. 🤣
Yes. Genesis and revelations are my fav for entertainment purposes. My point though, is that the book itself is not the same as the church or belief in the creator. The church and the belief remain even as changes are made to the book. Christianity IS decentralized.
Also, I'm not Christian. 🤣
Revelation was widely accepted as Scripture by the early church fathers.
Sure. A few hundred years after Christ, they were still considered early church fathers i suppose. Still, it is a later text added, officially, sometime after the rest of it.
Irenaeus affirmed around 120 ad that Revelation was Scripture. He was trained by Polycarp, who was a student of John of Patmos, who wrote it. Polycarp gave Irenaeus his info about the apostles, including what was considered Scripture by the early church. Revelation should be taken seriously as Scripture, though we can debate how exactly to read it.
Yawn.
Yawning happens when the brain slows down.
You seem very familiar
lol. My apologies. Yawn away.
