When state doesn’t care what you say… Why do they need a pass port if they aren’t under government control still? Why was that passport even needed? If you’re not under government control, you don’t need a piece of paper that says you can leave government controlled area… So the Cook Islands doesn’t have a government that issues things right? The island issued the trust then? It’s all issued by government…
