My neighbor dropped off these beautiful homegrown tomatoes and Thai eggplant. Not quite sure what to do with them yet.
Fresh #sourdough bread is out of the oven, coffee is brewing, so I’ve got some time to think 😋☕

Beautiful scoring on the bread
Using some of the tomatoes to make nam prik ong (น้ำพริกอ่อง) — a Northern Thai chili dip with tomatoes and minced pork. 🍅
Having it with rice tonight, though orecchiette would go really well with it.
