Good morning, Nostr fam! We just published a new feature on our website showcasing some incredible work by Price Harrison. Take a moment to check it out, and if you’re a photographer, consider submitting your own photos. Many of our audience members and previously featured photographers aren't yet on Nostr—or even aware of it. We'd love to bring more of them here! One idea we're considering is monetizing our collaborations with artists through zaps. Do you think this could encourage more photographers to join the platform? Also, if someone could test out the zap feature to ensure it’s set up correctly, that would be greatly appreciated. #photography #artstr #art #v4v

Yes, monetization through #zaps is a killer features for small audience photographers. It’s difficult for us (I’m including myself) to monetize our work on other platforms, but here it is actually possible. I’m just an amateur, but the possibility to earn some value here is mind blowing!
Yes! Absolutely that is the glimmer of what I am seeing here. It’s exciting to be a part of this and to share ideas so early in the game to build upon!
I was just yesterday thinking that it’s only a matter of time before IG zines would setup nostr profiles 😆 I’ve run into Noice on IG. I too run a zine (which has been on hiatus admittedly for a couple of years) called fadinghours. Maybe I should kickstart it on nostr!
If I do get around to setting up Fading Hours on nostr, it’s a deal! It would be interesting to see if content creators would be open to having their work published on nostr, when it’s quite likely they wouldn’t have a profile (I feel there is still a bit of a technological barrier to entry with nostr) In the meantime, I’ll connect with your personal profile ⚡️
