99 cents only stores going out of business.
Goodwill has been a mess, with some locations not offering dressing room and/or bathroom and exchange only/no refund and within a shorter window.
Now they are rounding to the dollar without even asking the customer.
Sure, that's just a penny or 5 for one person, but it's a whole lot for goodwill. That's straight theft, nah robbery, in my opinion.

And they still want to be greedy
Meanwhile, stores like sprouts accept return for anything any time, even without a receipt, you just need to use your ID. Sometimes I wonder how do they keep doing this?
And now this time around their coupon is not even $5 off $50, but $5 off $30.
