Yeah, you’re going to get advertising for all sorts everywhere, but Nostr (at least up to now) is pretty clean. It’s easier to ignore since there’s no algorithm pushing it as you, you have to go looking.

Yeah, they're on the big globals. Most of us have them filtered out or use our own relays.
