In Russia, there’s the Fast Payments System. I’m 99% sure they stole the UX from Bitcoin because it uses QR codes for payments. Payments are instant and final. They cannot be reversed — you have to talk to the merchant about a refund, not the bank. Most merchants, online and offline, accept this payment method. Most banking apps support paying with it.
