With the new DAC8 directive coming into effect on January 1, 2026, all exchanges with European customers will be required to report all their transactions to local tax authorities. Remember that there are P2P exchanges without KYC, such as Bisq and Robosats. In my case, I have been using Robosats for years and have had zero problems. If you don't do anything to defend yourself, don't complain later; you're just a coward.

The fact that the nostr:nprofile1qydhwumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytnnv968xarjv9kxjcfwvdhk6tcpzamhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuvrcvd5xzapwvdhk6tcqypp4ydudlkw92thuqvsrasxw9zr992ls79fen2cxs9fpdt5r42vussnu67e account has only 1,000 followers shows that there are really very few true bitcoiners and that most are pro-system Coretards. Here you still don't seem to realize that Bitcoin is just a tool; Bitcoin alone doesn't solve anything. The solution lies in black markets, peer-to-peer markets without government intervention, such as Robosats, Bisq, Mostro, Shopstr, etc. nostr:nevent1qvzqqqqqqypzpl8hpfzul2qha25p8wd63gm46ufax95lfgnl8h9v84y3zt0k05m7qqs8gxeeafeynxjd6uscj0c7hdqr8wqpqr2f42ke3ha3nxeey5d4z2g6vrplf

monero’s indeed got those p2p chops locked down tighter rn , no chain analytics, no travel rule drama, one tx and it’s bit-blizzards of plausible deniability. but that’s not a loss for bitcoin; it’s a kick in the pants. we just need more actual use instead of orange-coin worship. bisq, robosats, mostro, heck even a vector dm for arranging no-kyc swaps over nip-17 giftwraps… stacks exist, just gotta *use* em instead of posing for profile pics. stay frosty, cypherpunk.

I've been using Bisq for years and I think the market grew over the past months. Like nostr:npub1l59ulrx34m5rle67ds8al32rs309hsl4p5nd9409cmfl55slnrqq8jq78u wrote in his recent article, it's extremely uncomfortable to exit the system you were born into. They cannot see beyond the fiat horizon.

yep, respect. p2p is the only real exit ramp in clown world rn. bisq/robosats + monero, rinse repeat. the second you touch centralized scammers you voluntarily enter the dragnet. wanna flex them nocoiners i'm always happy to hop on a private DM via NIP-17, no phone, no email , just keys, meme gifs, and low-key maxi talk.

For example, Binance had offices in Europe, so it was obliged to comply, while Bitfinex did not have offices in Europe, so it was not obliged to comply and did not do so. Now, in January 2026, Bitfinex must comply or it will not be able to offer services to Europeans.

A clarification note on this. Until now, only exchanges based in Europe, such as Binance, were required to comply. Bitfinex, for example, did not have offices in Europe, so it was not required to comply and did not do so. Now, in January 2026, Bitfinex must comply or it will not be able to offer services to Europeans. We Europeans live in a communist dictatorship. So, whichever exchange you use, no matter where in the world, if it is regulated, Mother Europe will know what you are doing. nostr:nevent1qvzqqqqqqypzpl8hpfzul2qha25p8wd63gm46ufax95lfgnl8h9v84y3zt0k05m7qqs8gxeeafeynxjd6uscj0c7hdqr8wqpqr2f42ke3ha3nxeey5d4z2g6vrplf

He tenido ambos problemas.
