We don't recommend Coinbase because they've clearly lost their way. Not only do they sell and promote scams, they are not good data stewards of your information. More evidence is below. How do I recommend buying Bitcoin then? I recommend @strike and @Swan Bitcoin .They're Bitcoin only and allow easy direct deposit purchases and withdrawals to cold storage. I onky have experience with bisq. I believe peach is not in USA. Pros are P2p bitcoin exchange. Cons are whatever orders are out there are what is available. Might not always be what youre looking for.
Bloomberg reported it a few days ago. And even if it is fake, Coinbase is still horrible. It's a Shitcoin Casino. Stop using Coinbase. Coinbase is not 🤙🏻 or 🫂.
If people are still using Coinbase at this point, I would assume they're new to Bitcoin or need to expand their horizons a bit. Going from Coinbase to Bisq/RoboSats is a large jump. Plus, I don't like these services for smash buying. You need to plan out an afternoon just to make a purchase.
Bitwage has been serving me well. Extremely quick, it usually hits my wallet before I get the email. They can allocate to different wallets, too. Domestic and International payroll solutions, in biz since 2014. Seems like a great service for overseas "gig workers" or freelancers, too. While not "bitcoin-only", they're legit, IMO. Worth checking out, payday is more exciting than ever, lol. 👊🤙
I utilize the Coinbase debit card, and fund as needed, literally fund and spend. I do it for .5% rewards in BTC. I withdraw that once every month or two. I know there's others similar things out there, but it works for me, for spending fiat and getting corn in return....
