I can't recommend them because I've never used them, but if you have and can state that they're noob friendly, then absolutely.

Yes, they are Europe based, KYC-free or light KYC, Bitcoin only and easy to use. Recommended for Europeans. Unfortunately we don’t have #[2] here. Not sure if #[3] is available in Europe?
