Looking at the code it seems the pictures are often favicons and these things are static in the project. So basically interested app devs should submit a PR to the GitHub on static/common.js

Also to Arthur's mention of the problem of keeping trending posts fresh, perhaps putting a cieling on high trust scores will help. So then it functions more to block out low trust than to weigh high trust too heavily.

Hold on please, this is just a static list of apps 😉 Working on fetching all this stuff from Nostr and getting an app discovery NIP through. We'll get there...
