If you live in America you can spend bitcoin directly sooo stop it. Yes you have a handful of shops that accept btc but thats it. Stop telling Americans to spend the Bitty because we can't

Whatever you wish you could spend btc on, that's the business you should start. Difficult, but maximum impact
well, for over 2 years now i have been selling my programming services for bitcoin :) it can be hard to find an opening though, and the majority of work out there is with shitcoins, as they often will pay their workers in bitcoin or any shitcoin you ask for
This is a brilliant strategy
well, i stumbled onto it, because previously i spent almost 3 years working on a shitcoin project and it was between 2021 and 2022 that shitcoins abandoned Go, so it was a brief opportunity, both of the jobs i got in 2021 were shit and i ended up being fired, first because i was vocal about security problems with a colleague's proposals, and second because i refused to get jabbed so i could go to Porto to their annual meetup where the master manipulator, the boss, would get to brainwash everyone some more.
then i found a job via a nostr user who was working on a consensus algorithm for syncing nostr relays, and held onto that for 2 years. the last 6 months they were nudging me hard to get into using LLMs and i was like nope.
fortunately i was able to skate through that and stay afloat.
i'm not gonna say it was easy. i can honestly say it was years of preliminary study and work that got me into this position, but i'm super grateful it panned out and then after that fell through - mainly because i struggled to fix bugs in my forks of fiatjaf's relays, i found work with the project and i think i'm gonna be with them for some time yet. most of my aspirational project work lines up with what they need to expand the capability and bring more people onto nostr to do peer to peer trade (think like ebay/amazon without bezos or the othter shit).
it's probably more accessible now, if you have some rudimentary skills and experience with dev, it would be worth the $90/month for claude pro 5x to learn how to do stuff like what i did recently, if you still haven't used it,
this only took me a couple of days and makes a lot of improvements from
- it's faster than cody tseng's version because i did a deep architectural analysis and restructured the web app, and then helpful error messages in the console let me fix some more. still not complete but it is a good demo of what you can do, as someone who has decent programming knowledge, of theory and architecture - my main experience is with low level/systems programming, and i can throw out decent web apps now. go look at my relay too, that's the web UI i have been slowly building to make managing relays easier.

ORLY?
Hey, the GUI looks a little nicer now - did you change the layout, or is it just the magic of dark mode?
Yeah nostr's true power is being a marketplace. Anything building that up is huge. Yuuuge.
Those events that led you to your current position don't seem random to me. Since discovering what Logos is, I've been seeing it everywhere. It weaves through time, much like a snake, and is an inherent property of space. Randomness just isn't random. We only participate in our choices - they're being made by a mind much bigger than ourselves, and they guide people to specific things. Yep, that was woo-woo... Anyways. So many reasons for gratitude.
