so, my biggest health irritation of recent times is cramping in my feet and i look through this literally covering every base now and the only criteria that fits now is nerve damage from diabetes and no actual advice how to reverse that this is not acceptable, my nerves can surely grow back by some method i need to do more research, but this really confirms that i do indeed have peripheral neuropathy now

yeah, it's type 2 diabetes... i'd been putting a lot of carbs back in my diet, especially the bad kind that cause problems, and probably seed oils are also involved the fasting is an essential part of the treatment though... after 3 days of strict no food, but keeping up electrolytes, i go into ketosis, that's when i last had this body heating thing happen, after more than a decade not experiencing it. my metabolism has really declined and yeah, when it's happening it impacts on my work too, it's my peripheral nerves, yes, but also my entire energy production system is out of order i've gotta get out of this european hellhole of no fucking beef, it's really hard to find food that really does you any good
i'm familiar with DMSO, thanks to Jello Biafra's famous song about it i know that it is a very interesting material for very specific uses because of the way it increases membrane permeability in living tissue and i have strongly suspected this condition had something to do with permeability... and that it is connected with alzheimers in that part of what causes the problem is the response of the immune system to polymerise glucose into amylose and this turns into mass that is blocking ion transit and in general congesting things i'm gonna go look for a source for this, i'm sure it won't be that difficult to acquire, it's not flammable or corrosive, or poisonous. also, maybe you were aware of this but MSM also has some connection to this, in fact i think when you take MSM one of its metabolites is DMSO the feeling that stuff is blocked is undeniable, and i am constantly flexing and stretching my hands and feet in response to the sensation of poor circulation, and indeed it's also colder, i have definitely noticed in the last two years that especially my hands and feet have become colder probably it works by helping to promote the movement of the agglomerated starch polymers such that they bump into enzymes and other materials that decompose or break it up Praise the Lord for sending you to mentor me in these various things, it's putting me onto paths that are helping me progress.
