It's funny how you can accept these deep truths on a superficial level by seeing them as a metaphor. The real shift happens when you start accepting them literally. Yes I literally belief my perceived physical reality is a reflection of an aspect of myself.

Yeah the difference between knowing and thinking I suppose. It happens in waves for me. In many ways I'm fully conscious of the reflection and in others I'm still not seeing it.

The raising of your consciousness is one of waves & cycles. You are first lifted & then you descend as you integrate. Each cycle you tend to go a little higher with the lift & don't descend quite so far down during integration. Jeff just helped me to finally integrate something that I have been playing with, in some way for decades. I feel like everything has shifted as a result.
