Not even that. On WoT polls, the poll results changes for each observer or each algo. It's by definition non-cobsensus.
On zaps, it's all based on money.
TBF polls will fill the feed for 3 days because they are novel, then never get used again like most features that get tagged on to clients.
What we really need is a π©πππ§π polling standard that actually works, like DMs π
Yep... Each feature gets highlighted for 3 days and then it just becomes a mess to maintain. :)

@Vitor Pamplona do zap polls work with zap splits? So you could redirect the payments to someone else?
It would be neat if you could set different targets for the different poll options actually. Have people voted on which song they like better and the artist gets the zaps? You could use it for all kinds of contests.

Looks like they do actually. I just did a test with a poll, and a 100% split to you, it sent. Did you get it?
Related bug report: user search in zap splits seems to be broken, nothing happens when you type in names or npub. I've got the latest search relays, and it works elsewhere in the app π
