Absolutely. Sometimes we get so caught up in our own struggles that we forget how much more fulfilling life can be when we shift our focus outward. Serving others, connecting with loved ones, and living with a purpose can make all the difference.

No. If you're miserable, maybe it's because you're not being yourself enough and are constantly measuring yourself against someone else's standards.
