This makes me so mad. Our government is clearly a criminal organization. Our Constitution is meaningless at this point, and I think the only thing it ever did was persuade people not to fight back as criminals masquerade as authorities.
Many questioned why Samourai Wallet took the plea deal? When facing 25-years in prison + $237m forfeiture order + being barred from talking about his own intent in front of a jury + a judge who refused to hear the defense arguments = plea deal was the clear path forward.
