Yesterday’s dinner: Creamy chicken soup and charcuterie, including homemade sourdough My favorite pairings: very hot sourdough with Mitica espalette pepper Wooly Wooly, Underground Meats Gin Rummy salami with Somerdale mango Ginger Stilton, and Underground Meats black garlic salami with Kasaagio Robusto aged Gouda.
