Most of the money goes to marketing and travel and corporate fees. Software development hardly costs anything, and that goes double in the age of AI.

Software may be cheap, but bureaucracy is costly, like grains and seed oils inflating healthcare costs.
That makes a lot of sense. I've started reading marketing books because I'm realizing it's more important than I originally thought.
