You can send it to a swap technically.
just convert your nsec to a WIF, and sweep the private key, then convert it to actually useful and private money (Monero)
Send it to splice on LN channel on Phoenix or similar?
I think the solution here could be to peg-in to Liquid when the level is appropriate and peg-out to a new address. Not normie proof but at least acceptable no?
