While the poor who go to church and talk about how Marriage is key to happiness aren't getting married because they are too broke ... Well those are my words not his, but he spoke about this ...

if you think about it for a man to marry a woman that makes minimum wage and has net worth of zero is financial suicide but to marry a woman who is a Pharmacist or Manager, makes six figures and has half a mil in the bank is much less risky financially because you're a lot less likely to end up on the hook paying her in a divorce if i want to bang a chick i will look for the youngest, poorest girl who will suck my dick for taking her to McDonalds. but if i want to get married i will look for a chick with at least a Master's degree making six figures and whose parents are willing to spare one of their 3 homes for us. i mean hypothetically speaking. i am not looking to either bang anybody or marry anybody.

basically if you want sex you go to Thailand or Ukraine or a place like that and look for girls under the age of 25. if you want marriage you look for a wife at a Lexus Dealership or something.
