Just received a fresh batch of this and it staggers me every time. For years we tried every brand of powered extract available in the UK and they're shit. It's medicine, it actually needs to work and have an effect it's not just a weird tea! Try giving that as a reason for returning something however and you'll get laughed out of the shop.
