I had to look this up, as I did not realize that advice went back that far. OK, I just asked AI....... The main point is, that propoganda is not a recent thing. Many people will not face that we have been lied to our entire lives.

Indeed! Every empire in history propagandized their subjects, it's just that back in the day the propaganda tools couldn't reach far and wide as they do now so it was very localized
