Not every loaf turns out the way I imagine. I aimed for a nice marbled white and blue, but the marbling didn’t really happen and the blue isn’t quite the shade I hoped for. The shaping could be better too — some big bubbles ended up a bit too close to the crust.
It still tastes great! Nice thin, crispy crust, super chewy, and delicious.
