I recently had a sudden realization.
We are currently utilizing AI to develop applications.
However, with the advent of AI, the necessity for applications has diminished significantly.
The app itself presents a substantial challenge for AI.
In the next decade, we can expect to see the disappearance of Uber and DoorDash applications. Instead, AI will function similarly to the internet, serving as a layer of coordination for various types of services.

Wouldn’t that make these protocols increasingly more important?
True.
It's pretty incredible
This got me thinking of a crazy cool gig app. Both ends just have a text box. The service provider just says their location, hours, and all their skills/work they are willing to do. The customer opens it and just describes what they want, the AI determines the best, closest candidate for the job, shows it to the contractor, the contractor says a price, AI draws up a contract for that job specifically, contractor reads it over and confirms, it sends to the other person. All through a chat interface.
Someone should use an AI and vibe code it
If it doesn't disappear us first, that is 🫠
