I would digress to some extent. First of all, you should eat what gives your body all the nutrients it needs to function properly on a daily basis. This, however, doesn’t mean your food cannot be tasty! There are plenty of recipes for recreating the stuff one‘s craving for with healthy ingredients. And although it takes quite the effort (and no, you don’t want to go to any restaurant anymore), I haven’t been disappointed going down this path. But I agree with you insofar as „tasting good“ shouldn’t be the sole basis of your decision on what to eat and what to leave away.
