It’s definitely going to be Stolen Focus - I’m only a quarter way in but I feel it’s teaching me and helping me realise things about my own habits - and also feeling slightly better about them 🙏🏽
Not much of a competition though 😭 the other books I completed were thrillers and romances 🥹 nothing wrong with them, but I feel they didn’t really teach me anything
