Wow
GM
They sent a bearer instrument over an unencrypted public channel. Pretty nifty.
Super cool concept. I was too slow

Like, hidden messages in songs / radio adverts / concerts that people can receive and decipher, it could be an ecash cheque but could be any information
🤯
I talked about other data over audio hacks on the first episode of . The app I used was waver (ggwave). Psk31 makes sense for this ham radio application but waver is better for mobile to mobile. Lastly, a faster ham radio way to do this is to use the rattlegram app too.
This is super cool though :) I love seeing ham radio value transfer!

Mmmmmm FLdigi! I was wondering when I'd start to see people sending e cash into the audio or radio waves. I was thinking about laser modems as well actually which might be fun too.
How much data is a single aCash Cashu token? So many lovely modulation schemes to encode the token into. Particularly in unlicenced spectrum.
Or maybe sending the audio of a QR code via SSTV to a phone that has an app that demodulates the audio signal into the QR code.
Wonderful. Just wonderful.
Haven't heard of waver or rattlegram Will check these out.
I think I read recently an ecash token is about 100 bytes. I really don't know though. And yes, ecash-by-light would the next cool thing to try.
Neat that you gave it a try though.
KASH FM is on the air! Get those sweet Sats on the tops, bottoms and fifteens on the hour, every hour. Dr. Johnny Fever is hear to get you that Krazy Kash!

it really depends. I don't think they have a fixed size. Rather it depends on how many proofs (coins) you are sending.
I think you're right. I initially had it set up to send one dollar use worth of sats (1540 I think), but the token size was much longer (and the audio over twice as long in duration). That's why it was only 21 sats...to shorten things.
@calle I think you might want to take a look at Ribbit / Rattlegram @DETERMINISTIC OPTIMISM 🌞
