Happy to say that even though my cake broke in to several pieces, my lemon buttercream got weird in the fridge, there was only enough of said weird lemom buttercream for a crumb coat, making a vanilla buttercream for actual frosting I haven't had a single meltdown in the kitchen. All the components taste amazing and if I wanted perfect, I wouldn't have tried to do it myself. I guess this means that I'm realizing my talents lie elsewhere and it really isn't the end of the world if I make an ugly cake 🤷‍♀️. #itiswhatitis #imighttakeapictureofit #letthemeatcake
