We have been told for years that their isn't objective truth. Now posting an untruth is a crime in some countries. Who decides on subjective truth? The state does. If someone is offended then the offender is guilty. Completely subjective. The whole thing is absurd.
They do a good thing for the wrong reason. They should arrest them for being cowards, I insult the man in his face and I prefer the same treatment.

Truth. Opinion. Insults. These are different things. Don't mix it up.

I'm not sure. I'd really like to see the search warrant for confiscating the guy's laptop and phone. I think CBS is bullshitting here. It's definitely not just hate speech.
They all laugh together when talking about how shocked people are when they take phones (property). Governments take your stuff and laugh about it afterwards. Criminal.

BS. I live in Berlin. No authorities, let alone police , have time to investigate postings. Nevertheless, Germany lives in a Post Nazi era trauma swamp , absolutely not funny. Yes, its a law here that after fucking Hitler, Nazi slogans and corresponding actions are forbidden. Good! Saved lifes!!

This is a low quality TV show, terribly cut to place statements out of context and make the interviewed person seem stupid. And yet, people react to it with anger and hostility, as if Germany now suddenly would be censoring people or take their stuff away for posting something on the internet. A great showcase of how easy it is to deceive.
